Unsolicited Submissions and Proposals
Slought Foundation welcomes unsolicited artistic and curatorial proposals for consideration for our public programming. We encourage work in any medium or interdisciplinary context.
Exhibitions are generally scheduled 1-2 years in advance, events at least 3-9 months in advance.

We recommend including a curriculum vitae and a description of enclosed works with your submission. Do not send original materials (e.g. slides or master tapes) or large binders or folders, as they will not be returned.
Please note that we do not provide grants, financial support for accepted proposals, or shipping for accepted artworks. Consequently, if project funding is required for the realization of your project, please specify in advance how it will be obtained.
Our curatorial panel meets periodically to review submissions. Because of the volume of submissions and limited resources, it is not possible to return proposals. If a project is accepted for presentation, or if more information is required, a staff member will contact you. Please do not call the office about the status of your submission.
If submitting your work by email, please direct your correspondence to the Executive Director (but not the curatorial staff), with attachments not in excess of 1 mb.
